delusions of the mad Madness part 2

So I was stuffed away,
Out of mind,
Out of sight,

Left like a wolf to bay,
At the glimmer,
Of moon light,

Alone but for the illusions,
Of my mind,
A separate entity,

Who sends these delusions,
And horrors
To torture me,

With things I know cannot be true,
But still haunt me,
Like the ghost of the dear departed,

My horrors the grew,
And slowly consumed,
Me till I too was like the living dead,

No soul or heart,
Just an empty shell,
In which I exist,

Just a part,
Of what I was,
That’s now lost in mist.
